Welcome to Hoots Forever Home

Hoots Forever Home is located outside Glasgow, in the stunning area of Ayrshire, situated on the edge of the small town/village of Dalry on the west of Scotland, surrounded by fields & woods with a wonderful river flowing through. Playing a vital role in the fight against the decline of the countryside.

Hoots has grown well beyond its modest beginnings as a bird of prey sanctuary to become a community run & environmentally driven working smallholding farm, sanctuary for wild animals, community garden and volunteer & training hub. Our purpose is to develop & support individuals in the local community to help to gain skills and adults with learning difficulties.

We will do this by providing volunteers/trainees with hands-on daily experience, general workshops and specific training in animal husbandry, maintenance of land, animal welfare, conservation, landscaping and horticultre.

We are a Registered Charity established since 1998.

If you are interested in Volunteering with us then please send us an email which you will find in Contact Us, we will get in touch to discuss further details.
